Welcom to the online reservation system for booking study rooms in the MB building. Study rooms can be reserved for a period of up to 3 hours, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please note that you must be currently enrolled and attending a John Molson course in order to book a study room. Students not currently taking a John Molson course are unable to book a room in the MB building.
Please start by selecting your preferred room location, and follow the subsequent instructions to confirm your booking.
By booking a study room, you are agreeing to adhere to the following rules:
- You must stay within the maximum capacity of the room booked.
- You must leave the study room at the time that your booking has finished.
Please note that neither John Molson or Concordia University is responsible for any theft or damage to personal property. Students should use the bins in the hallways to dispose of any paper or waste. No food or drinks are allowed in study rooms, and students must leave the room in an orderly condition. Booking rights may be removed if students are found to contravene any guidelines.
